Friday 2nd October

This week Year 4, have been completing their learning of Place Value in Maths. It has been pleasing to see the hard work they have been putting in to their times tables practice!

In English, we have continued our learning of Matilda, with our week's learning focusing on a diary entry after getting revenge on Mr Wormwood.

Judaism has been the focus for R.E, particularly the Torah scroll and the importance of the Bar Mitzvah. All the children were very curious about the detail in scribing Hebrew.

Science seen more experiments in seeing the melting point of chocolate! The states of matter topic has been particularly exciting for the children and they have been very enthusiastic.

P.E. has continued with more hand-eye coordination skills before moving onto Netball. Let's hope the good weather continues!

It has been exciting to have a full class once again, and a reminder due to staggered finishes, Year 4 will finish at 3:10.
