  • Thursday 1 April 2021 Day of the Dead Masks Year 6 have been studying their topic, Hola Mexico! As part of our topic, we have designed and made Day of the Dead masks. 
  • Thursday 11 February 2021 Artwork Created at Home Some amazing home artwork has been received from Year 6. I hope you enjoy these paintings.
  • Wednesday 3 February 2021 Mayan Civilisation As part of our Hola Mexico topic, Year 6 have been learning about the Mayan Civilisation. Have a look at a selection of work completed both in school and at home. Well done Year 6.
  • Wednesday 3 February 2021 CAFOD Walk for Water The CAFOD assembly was really interesting. Some people have to walk vast distances in order to collect water. Sometimes it is still not very clean. We completed our own water droplets to say why 'water is life'.
  • Friday 29 January 2021 Letters to Year 2. Home learning The children, learning at home, used letters from St. Paul as inspiration to write their own letters of advice to children in Year 2.
  • Thursday 28 January 2021 The Highwayman For the past 3 weeks some of Year 6 have been studying The Highwayman. Here is an example of one child's adaptation of the build up. The vocabulary is amazing.
  • Thursday 28 January 2021 Letter to Year 2 from Year 6 In Year 6 today we wrote a letter to a children in Year 2 in the style of St. Paul, we advised them how to live as a child of God.
  • Wednesday 27 January 2021 The Calming of the Storm Year 6 watched the assembly from Walsingham House focusing on The Calming of the Storm. We then made our own paper boats to help us sail through the storm. We wrote our name, Jesus' name, the name of someone we care about and someone who cares for us on the outside. We travel through this storm together.
  • Monday 28 September 2020 St. Vincent's Day Celebration As part of our St. Vincent's Day celebrations we took part in a class mass.
